State of Education Address

The Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host the State of Education Address on Wednesday, February 28th at 7:30 a.m. at the Goose Pond Civic Center, 876 Ed Hembree Dr, Scottsboro, AL. This breakfast provides an opportunity for businesses and the community to hear from Superintendent Amy Childress of Scottsboro City Schools, Superintendent Jason Davidson of Jackson County Schools and Dr. David Campbell, President of Northeast Alabama Community College. These educational leaders will provide an update and discuss important topics related to their school system. Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama (PARCA) will join us and share an analysis of local and state trends within education and workforce.
